Refund Policy

This Refund Policy is part of your agreement with The You Brand, a d/b/a of Sarah Hoag Photography LLC, an Arizona limited liability company for The You Brand (the "Service"). It explains when payments are and are not refundable.

Digital, and made on demand

Your Deliverables are digital and are generated for you on demand using AI. Real cost is incurred the moment a brief is generated, because the work is produced at that point.

Brand Briefs are non-refundable once generated

Once a Brand Brief has been generated, it is non-refundable. If the brief misses, your remedy is regeneration, not a refund. You get one free self-service regeneration per brief — reopen your answers, add detail, and run it again. If it still is not right after that, contact us and we will work to make it right. This matches the quality promise in our Terms of Service.

Partner activation

Partner activation includes the partner's own Brand Brief. Once that brief has been generated, the activation fee is non-refundable, for the same reason.

Membership fees

Membership is a subscription. When you cancel, your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Membership fees are not prorated or refunded for the unused part of that period. New-partner memberships include an initial term — six months on a monthly plan, twelve months on the annual plan; see the Partner Agreement.

How to request a refund

Email hello@theyoubrand.ai with your account email and order details. We aim to respond within five business days. If you think you were charged in error, contact us first — we can usually fix a billing problem faster than a card dispute can.
