Partner Agreement

This Partner Agreement ("Agreement") is between you ("Partner") and The You Brand, a d/b/a of Sarah Hoag Photography LLC, an Arizona limited liability company ("we," "us," or "our"). It applies when you join the Partner Program, and you accept it at partner checkout. It is in addition to our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy.

Independent contractor

You are an independent contractor. This Agreement does not create any agency, partnership, joint venture, franchise, or employment relationship. You have no authority to enter into contracts or make commitments on our behalf, and you may not present yourself as able to do so.

White-label license

While your membership is active, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to offer the Service to your own clients under your own brand. This license is client-facing only: your logo and name appear on the client invite and throughout the client experience, while your partner dashboard stays branded as The You Brand. This license ends automatically when your membership ends.

What you may call yourself

You may use the title "Personal Brand Strategist." You may not describe yourself as certified, accredited, or licensed by us, and you may not claim any credential from us. We do not certify partners.

No unauthorized guarantees

You may not promise results, timelines, income, reach, or other outcomes on our behalf. Any claims you make to your clients are your own.

Your clients and their data

You own the relationship with your clients. You are responsible for having the right to submit each client's information to the Service, and for meeting your own privacy obligations to that client. You are responsible for what you tell your clients and for your own marketing, pricing, and promises.

Indemnification

You will defend and indemnify us against claims, losses, and costs that arise from your marketing claims, your promises or guarantees, your pricing, your use of the Deliverables, and your disputes with your own clients.

Credits, term, and cancellation

• Membership includes one client Brand Brief credit each month on monthly plans. On the annual plan, all twelve credits load at the start of the year.
• A credit is used up when you generate a client link, not when the brief is completed. Client links never expire.
• Additional client briefs are $69 each, charged when you generate a link beyond your balance.
• Unused credits roll over while your membership stays active. They are forfeited when you cancel.
• If you joined on the activation path ($197 activation, which includes your own Brand Brief), you commit to an initial term — six months on a monthly plan, twelve months on the annual plan. You can cancel any time after that.
• If you joined because you already owned a Brand Brief, there is no activation fee and no initial term — you can cancel any time, month to month.

These credit and cancellation terms match the pricing shown at checkout.

What you keep if you cancel

If your membership ends, you keep your own completed Brand Brief and every completed client deliverable you have already delivered. Nothing already delivered to a client is ever taken back. You do lose access to the portal, partner pricing, any unused credits, and the ability to create new client links.

No reselling the methodology

Your license is to offer the Service to your clients. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, or distribute the methodology, questionnaire, prompts, or system on their own, apart from the Service.

Termination for cause

We may suspend or end your partner status if you break this Agreement — for example, by making unauthorized guarantees, misusing client data, or reselling the methodology. If we end your partner status, any client briefs already in progress will be allowed to finish and be delivered, so your client is not left with nothing. After that, your license ends and you may not create new client links.
